Gaylord Opryland Resort
The 2005 SDDC Training Symposium will be held at the breathtaking Gaylord Opryland Resort and Convention Center in Nashville Tennessee. Under majestic, climate-controlled glass atriums, you will be surrounded by nine acres of lush indoor gardens, winding rivers and pathways, and sparkling waterfalls. Highlights include a 44-foot waterfall, laser light and fountain shows, and tours aboard our Delta Flatboats - right inside the hotel.

Room Rates
The 2005 SDDC Training Symposium planning committee has reserved an ample block of rooms for all participants.

• For government attendees $94 per night.
• For those industry attendees and exhibitors the hotel is pleased to offer a special rate of $130 per night (single/double occupancy).
• There is a $60 upgrade fee per room per night for garden view rooms.
• A 14.25% tax will be added to each rate per night.

These special rates will be offered from April 19 to May 2, 2005 to accommodate tack-on sessions and those wishing to spend extra time in the area.

Hotel Reservations
All hotel reservations must be made via the 2005 SDDC Training Symposium web site. To make your hotel reservations please follow the directions on the registration form.

Check In / Check Out
Check in time is 3:00 pm and check out time is 11:00 am

Cancellations
Cancellation requests must be made via the 2005 SDDC Training Symposium web site. You will be provided a cancellation number once your reservation has been cancelled.

Hotel Tax Exemption Form
Download the Tennessee hotel tax exemption form if you are a Federal employee paying with either a government credit card or check. Be sure to bring this form with your government ID to Nashville to avoid taxes on your hotel stay.
