Attendee Registration
All attendees are required to register online at the SDDC web site. The early attendee registration fee is $200, if received on or before April 1, 2005. After April 2, 2005, or on-site in Nashville, the registration fee will be $225.

The attendee registration fee includes the welcome social, one breakfast meal on April 27, 2005, one dinner meal on April 27, 2005, 12 refreshment breaks, admission to all general sessions, service tack-on's, seminars, award program, motivational speaker, exhibit hall access, name identification badge and all Symposium materials.

Confirmations
Confirmations will be forwarded via e-mail within 72 hours of the reservation being made. Please provide an accurate e-mail address during registration to ensure that you receive a confirmation.

Badges and Admittance
The official 2005 Symposium name badge will be issued to all registered attendees at the on-site registration check in. This badge must be worn on-site at all times and is needed for admittance to all symposium activities including general sessions, functional breakouts, tack-on sessions, and all food functions.

On-Site Registration Desk Schedule
On-site registration for the 2005 Symposium is open during the following hours:

• Sunday, April 24, 2005 2:00 pm-7:00 pm
• Monday, April 25, 2005 7:00 am-7:00 pm
• Tuesday, April 26, 2005 7:00 am-5:00 pm
• Wednesday, April 27, 2005 7:00 am-12:00 pm

Attendee Roster
An attendee roster will be provided on-site in the registration materials to each attendee who pays the full registration fee. Due to printing deadlines, only those attendees pre-registered on or before April 1, 2005 will be included in the roster.

Registration Cancellation Policy
Attendees must cancel their registration via the SDDC web site on or before April 18, 2005, at help@sddcsymposium.org, in order to receive a full refund. All registration cancellations received after April 18, 2005 will be non-refundable. Cancellations via the web are required to ensure each attendee has written documentation of registration cancellation for their own protection.

Hospitality Suites
The Military Surface Deployment and Distribution Command (SDDC) does not approve of hospitality suites in any form at the 2005 SDDC Training Symposium.

Special Needs
The 2005 SDDC Training Symposium team will be happy to assist with any special needs (dietary, hearing, wheelchair, etc). Special needs should be directed to help@sddcsymposium.org.
