Exhibitor Information
The 2005 SDDC Training Symposium is an exceptional opportunity to showcase the most advanced products and services that both government agencies and the transportation industry has to offer all CONUS government transportation personnel and others from around the world.

Exhibitor Registration
Register OnlineAll exhibitors are required to register online at the SDDC web site. The early exhibitor registration fee is $200, if received on or before April 1, 2005. After April 2, 2005, or on-site in Nashville, the registration fee will be $225. Government Exhibitors are expected to fully participate in the symposium and pay the registration fee. Industry booth representatives who do not participate in any of the professional program, attend any of the meetings or attend any of the food and beverage functions are exempt from the Registration Fee. However, their presence at the Symposium is limited to the exhibit hall only. This policy will be strictly enforced. To fully maximize the value of the SDDC Symposium to industry exhibitors, full paid registration and participation in the professional program is highly recommended.

Badges and Admittance
The official 2005 Training Symposium name badge will be issued to all registered exhibitors at the on-site registration check in. This badge must be worn on-site at all times and is needed for admittance to all Symposium activities.

Exhibitor Agenda
The exhibition hall at the 2005 Training Symposium will be available to attendees at the following dates and times:

  • Tuesday, April 26, 2005 11:00 am-1:00 pm
  • Tuesday, April 26, 2005 4:00 pm-6:00 pm
  • Wednesday, April 27, 2005 11:15 am-1:15 pm

Exhibit hall hours will be firmly adhered to.

Security
SDDC will provide security for the exhibit hall, although, we recommend that personal items or items of value be secured during non-show hours. SDDC, NDTA, A-S-K Associates, Geo. Fern, Inc. and the Gaylord Opryland Resort and Convention Center will not accept liability for loss or damage of personal items.

Industry Exhibitors
The cost per each standard 8' x 10' booth is $1,695.00. A limited number of Junior Booths (smaller than 8' x 10') start as low as $995.00. Exhibitor costs for booth rental or space rental in the exhibit hall does not include registration fees or admittance to symposium functions.
