Mr. Boyle joined Maersk Inc. in 1990 when he was hired as Account Executive in New York sales. In 1993, Rick moved to the Line Department where he held various Management positions in Transpacific and Latin Americas Services, including pricing, corporate sales, traffic and administration, and trade management. In 1998, Rick was appointed General Manager, Dominican Republic. In 2001, Mr. Boyle was promoted to General Manager, Peru, where he served until the Maersk Line, Limited appointment. Mr. Boyle is a member of various industry associations, including the National Defense Transportation Association and the National Defense Industrial Association. Rick also serves as a Director of the Propeller Club of the United States. He also served as Director of the Dominican Republic Maritime Association, and as Vice President of the Maritime Association of Peru. Rick received a Bachelor of Science degree in Management and Organizational Behavior from Rider College, Trenton N.J. Mr. Redding Hobby, SES
While on active duty as an Army officer, he commanded at platoon, company, battalion and brigade levels. He saw extensive service in tactical-level organizations in Europe, Korea and the United States. He became a logistician in 1984. Hobby's military service culminated in 2002 when he retired as a Colonel of Ordnance and transitioned to civil service. He served as an environmental physical scientist, logistics specialist and Army Senior Executive Service member. He was appointed to the Air Force Senior Executive Service in 2008. Hobby graduated from the U.S. Military Academy, West Point, N.Y., in 1973, receiving a Bachelor of Science degree in Engineering. He is a graduate of the Army Command and General Staff College, Fort Leavenworth, Kan., and the Army War College, Carlisle, Pa. He is a member of the Association of the U.S. Army and holds an Acquisition Certification in Life Cycle Management, Level III. BG Michael J. Lally
Brigadier General Lally graduated from the United States Military Academy in 1978 and was commissioned a Second Lieutenant in the United States Army Transportation Corps. He earned a Master of Science Degree in Operations Research from the Naval Postgraduate School, Monterey, California. His military education includes the Transportation Officers Basic and Advanced Courses, Fort Eustis, Virginia; the Army Command and General Staff College at Fort Leavenworth, Kansas; and the Army War College at Carlisle Barracks, Pennsylvania. LTC Ralph Riddle LTC Riddle entered the U.S. Army at Fort Knox, KY in 1988. He was commissioned an Armor Officer at Officer Candidate School at Fort Benning, GA in 1989. In 1993 he joined the Transportation Corps at Fort Eustis, VA. He holds a Bachelors degree in Landscape Architecture from Virginia Tech and an MBA from Touro University International, NY. He has attended the Command and General Staff College and the Army’s Force Management School. In 2004 LTC Riddle completed Training With Industry conducting research and logistics studies with Logistics Management Institute, Mclean, VA. His previous command assignment was with the 155 Terminal Service Company, 7th Transportation Group, Fort Eustis, VA..
