Exhibitor Registration
All exhibitors are required to register. The Symposium exhibitor registration fee is $255.00 if registered by March 31, 2008 . Registration after March 31, incurs a $50 late fee. Government Exhibitors are expected to fully participate in the symposium and pay the registration fee. Industry booth representatives who do not participate in any of the professional programs, attend any of the meetings or attend any of the food and beverage functions are exempt from the registration fee. However, their presence at the Symposium is limited to the exhibit hall only. This policy will be strictly enforced. To fully maximize the value of the SDDC Symposium to industry exhibitors, full paid registration and participation in the professional program is highly recommended.

Confirmations
Confirmations will be forwarded via e-mail within 72 hours of the reservation being made. Please provide an accurate e-mail address during registration to ensure that you receive a confirmation.

Industry Exhibitors
Standard single booths are 10’x10’ and the cost is $1995.00. Junior booths are approximately 6’x6’ and start at $995. Exhibitor fee for space rental in the exhibit hall does not include registration fees or admittance to symposium functions. The 2008 SDDC Training Symposium is an exceptional opportunity to showcase the most advanced products and services that both government agencies and the transportation industry has to offer all CONUS government transportation, travel, distribution and logistics personnel and others from around the world.
Badges and Admittance
The official 2008 Training Symposium name badge will be issued to all registered exhibitors at the on-site registration check-in desk. This badge must be worn on-site at all times and is needed for admittance to all Symposium activities. A badge will also be issued at the same desk for "Exhibit Hall Only" participants and will be identified accordingly.

Exhibit hall hours will be firmly adhered to.
Security
SDDC will provide security for the exhibit hall (not individual booths), although we strongly recommend that personal items or items of value be secured during non-show hours. SDDC, NDTA, A-S-K Associates, Geo. Fern, Inc. and the Rosen Shingle Creek will not accept liability for loss or damage of personal items. All exhibitors are encouraged to carry their own loss and damage insurance.
